Your files and responsibility

Use only files you have the right to process. Keep a copy of your original. You are responsible for checking the output and following the requirements of the organisation receiving it.

No acceptance guarantee

SevaSetu is an independent preparation tool. It does not guarantee passport, visa, ID or other application acceptance, provide official certification, or represent a government authority. Automated crop and background suggestions can be wrong. Do not alter identity information or use tools to create misleading documents.

Availability and limitations

Browser memory, device capability and network access for the initial tool download can affect availability. We may improve or change tools. Review print dimensions, file size and readability before relying on an output. These pages are general product terms and do not replace rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Support and privacy

Report problems through Contact. Read the privacy page for local processing, optional AI features and usage measurement.
