About SevaSetu

SevaSetu is the digital toolkit available at Dev Kendra. It helps people and service-desk operators prepare photos, PDFs and everyday document files.

What we build

Our photo tools focus on practical tasks: a correctly sized crop, a portrait cutout, a smaller upload file and a printable sheet. The passport-photo workflow runs on your device. You can inspect the result before saving it.

Clear limits

We are an independent utility website, not a government portal or an issuing authority. A generated photo or form is a preparation aid. We cannot certify acceptance or submit an application for you. Optional AI tools in the broader workspace ask for confirmation before sending selected content to the configured AI provider.

Help us improve

Report a reproducible problem through our contact page. Please describe the tool and browser without sending personal documents. Our public site status shows measured usage and technical checks without pretending to know Google’s approval or indexing decisions.
