Do not include passport photos, Aadhaar or PAN numbers, passwords or personal documents. There are no file attachments. An email address is optional if you want the operator to be able to reply.

What happens next?

The report is stored in the site operator inbox for up to 30 days and removed during periodic cleanup. No automatic email is sent. Keep the reference shown after submission. Response times are not guaranteed.

Before reporting

• Try a supported JPG, PNG or WEBP below 25 MB.
• Check that the selected paper can fit your photo size.
• For print sizing problems, try a PDF at actual size / 100%.
