A well-lit face and shoulders against a plain background give the model more useful detail. Inspect hair, glasses and clothing edges. If part of the person is missing, open Advanced editor and use the mask tools. This model is designed for people; objects and products can produce poor results.
PNG supports transparency. JPG does not, so use PNG when you need to place the cutout on another background. Always check the downloaded file before discarding the original.
